This means a lot to me. I think that not so long ago, when a porn star ended her career, a rich man decided to host her, marry her and she could live like a princess until death. Now, more and more pornstars have to work as escort, strippers and webcam models to survive after their porn career. Then, they have to consider professional retraining. Don’t get me wrong, This article is not another critic of porn.
I feel like some porn stars are in denial. They don’t want to see that their condition making easing money is a temporary. They didn’t plan anything for their future. They think that they will live earning easy money all their life in California without the obligation to study something to get a well-paid job. Afterwards, when they hit the wall, when their beauty vanishes, they pay the price. Then, they come under the spotlight of the media to cry and we all attend this saddening comedy.
Less and less men stay with unstable women
I can see an unexpected change of behavior. By the past, men would marry women without thinking about it. Those women were called “trophy wives”. As time goes by, I can see that men are more and more reluctant to marry women who are addicted to alcohol and drugs, who have no skills and degrees, who don’t have a job and for whom relationship means staying at home doing nothing.
Still, let me remind you that if a woman has a job and a healthy lifestyle, it is still not a reason to marry her. At least, men are more and more aware of the lack of benefit related to a wedding with a woman without a stable life.
Men have come from a long way. In the 90’s, a man could marry a woman who would stay at home doing nothing.
Let’s keep in mind that I have never saw a hard working woman accepting to marry a man who was addicted to alcohol, drugs with no skills, degrees and work experience. Traditionally, the expectations are higher towards men than women for a marriage.
So, now, something great happens in this world. This is called gender equality.
Unfortunately, I have no compassion for her because she chose this situation. At some point, in my life, I lived in a old house in a country side without heating. I had a liver disease without any drugs or alcohol problem. No woman wanted to share her life with me.
